This was my daughters (3yrs & 4yrs) first time at the dentist. It’s been very hard to find a dentist that accepts our insurance.. Thankfully they did! My little girls had a wonderful experience! Check-in was fast and easy. We completed our registration online so we did not have to fill out any paperwork upon arrival. Staff was very patient and encouraging for my little girls. I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and support they gave. I highly recommend!

We were nervous about it coming today because we switched from a different facility. But it was an hour away and this one is only minutes from our house. So the convenient factor was a plus. We had Ophiela today and she was so pleasant. Explained each step to my daughter. And made her feel so welcome! Definitely recommend Johnson city pediatric dentistry.

We had an excellent first experience at the dentist here! My son was timid and nervous about visiting the dentist, but Ophelia was amazing at making him feel comfortable and working with us. We will definitely be back for future visits!

We love this dentist. They are very polite. Rosie is our favorite hygienist. They did recently remodel the building as well. They offer a coin to the kiddos after they get done to get a prize from the quarter machine. I am deaf and they've been more than polite to me and my kiddos. The wait-list though is a bit annoying. I have 2 kiddos going here but their brother isn't allowed because they aren't accepting new patients. But, I think that's kind of the norm for any dentist here in the area for kids.

Friendly, quick and efficient! The office was under reno last time we were here. It looks beautiful now! Everyone was so sweet and patient with my 4 year old daughter. Miley made her feel safe and at ease. Highly recommend!!
